New Hampshire Real Estate
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of New Hampshire, you are required to complete 9 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- 3 hours are core courses and must cover laws and rules of the state. 6 elective hours may be taken from a list of topics approved by the Commission.
- Licenses expire two years from date of licensure. Continuing education must be complete prior to expiration. Continuing education hours do NOT carry over.
- Licensees are responsible for turning in certificate of completion to the Board with renewal form.
